WoolOn is all about creativity, fashion and fun. Our weekend-long celebration encompasses an array of events with catwalk shows, awards and fun workshops to follow up at Central Stories Museum and Art Gallery.

Opening Runway Show
WoolOn Designers' Reveal Matinee
Date: Saturday 31st - 2pm (doors open 1.30pm)
Venue: The Alexandra Bowling Club - Poole Road, Alexandra (near the ice skating rink, swimming pool and squash club)

Event Details: An afternoon to celebrate school students with prizes presented for the Under 18 Young Designer and Under 13 School Designer Awards along with other children age prizes.
The show will be a full run through of all the entries in each category with the winning entries for the above awards presented.
The matinee show is aimed at the younger and senior generations who may not want to be out late. It's a great way to see all the garments without the noise of the evening event and more information on each design/designer.
The bar will be open for all refreshments with an exciting display on entering and half time entertainment.
Seating is theatre style in rows, there is a VIP ticket for those wanting the front row seats and be up close to the action.
Shuttle Plus and Big Red will be on hand if you need a ride home, book ahead of time with a bus load or join the queue after the event.
THE MAIN EVENT
WoolOn Gala Awards
Date: Saturday 31st August - 7pm (Doors open at 6.30pm)
Venue: The Alexandra Bowling Club - Poole Road, Alexandra
Event Details: Grab a group of friends for an evening of high fashion and entertainment!
The gala awards night is very special with the Category and Award winners announced along with designer fashion and some very fun entertainment!
We will be bringing back the People's Choice Award again this year proving to be a hit last year, we will also acknowledge the school winners announced earlier in the day.
The gala show as we traditionally know it, an evening experience seated around tables, a drink on arrival will be waiting along with a platter on the table.
The bar will be open for all refreshments with an exciting display on entering the venue.
We suggest having dinner before you arrive as the platters are dessert style.
Front row tables of 10 and general admission tables of 8 are available along with single seats to purchase.

Event Details: Come and enjoy a day of making, watching, and shopping with workshops, products, winning garments on display, judge's insight on the designs and garments, show highlights and more.
